Henley & Partners North America will be hosting a 30-minute video conference that will be aired on a bi-weekly basis, including a great line up of speakers from top institutions and organizations. Our Guest speaker on 6 May will be Mr. James Cameron McGregor Johnston OBE, Bsc, MIoD, FCMI, Owner and Director of Transcend Change Limited. His topic will be “Mediating with a Virus.”
James Johnston is a highly experienced Public Sector Director, CEO, mediator, former Senior Officer, and pilot with comprehensive technical knowledge, as well as being seen as a professional leader in the business community. James served as Chair of the Regional Strategic Business Forum and Economic Partnership for 5 years. Furthermore, his career has included working at the heart of government and in a range of senior private sector and operational roles. An experienced executive consultant, he is recognised for strategic leadership, and inspiring people to deliver organizational change, large programs and decommissioning success. He is a dynamic and enthusiastic leader, politically astute and a skilled decision maker who can deal with complexity and ambiguity, adapting rapidly to new situations. As a graduate of the Sustainability Development Leader Programme, he understands both the challenges and opportunity brought about by the environment and the importance of cultures and behaviours within organizations and structures. As a qualified mediator, James is always aspiring to make a difference and primarily through the pursuit of a better conversation.
