The price for this Fractional Share starts from a very competitive $200k.

Fractional Shareholders have the right to one-week complimentary accommodation per year in a Villa. Or they can opt to receive a pro-rata share of 30% of one-week rental income.

Investors will not be liable for any maintenance expenses notwithstanding the financial performance of the company for duration of ownership. Additionally, investors will have the right to resell to a third party (a new CBI investor) after 5 years.
