Henley & Partners’ 15th Global Citizenship Conference will take place virtually over three days in the format of three engaging panel discussions hosted by award-winning TV and radio presenter, Juliette Foster.
Already on an upward trajectory before the Covid-19 pandemic, the investment migration industry has boomed over the past 24 months and looks set to continue its stellar growth as governments around the world revive, revise, and establish new programs and investment options to attract wealthy and talented individuals and their families.
In the first session, Dr. Christian H. Kaelin, Chairman of Henley & Partners, will discuss positive migration policy in the 21st century with Prof. Mehari Taddele Maru, a Fellow at the United Nations University Institute on Comparative Regional Integration Studies (UNU-CRIS), Academic Coordinator of the Young African Leaders Programme at the School of Transnational Governance and at the European University Institute, and a Part-time Professor at the Migration Policy Centre.
Dr. Juerg Steffen, CEO of Henley & Partners, will be joined by Greg Lindsay, Director of Applied Research at NewCities, and Nirbhay Handa, Group Head of Business Development at Henley & Partners, to discuss the robust expansion of the investment migration industry in the second session.
The third and final session will see Dominic Volek, Group Head of Private Clients at Henley & Partners, joined by the Hon. Mark Brantley, the Premier of Nevis and the Minister of Foreign Affairs for St. Kitts and Nevis, and Mehdi Kadiri, Managing Partner and Head of North America at Henley & Partners, as they explore the benefits of visa openness and how countries such as St. Kitts and Nevis have enhanced their sovereign equity by improving their citizens’ visa-free access and global mobility.
