Our guest speaker on 9 July 2020  will be Melissa Kelley-Hilton, Founder and CEO at Hilton Global Associates Inc. Her topic will be  “Due Diligence Investigations in the Age of COVID-19.”

Overview

Melissa Kelley-Hilton is an award-winning, seasoned industry executive specializing in global investigative due diligence on behalf of governments, Fortune Global 500 companies, multinational law firms, commercial and investment banks, and asset and investment management entities, among others. Prior to forming Hilton Global Associates earlier this year, Melissa led Bishops Services/Sterling Diligence in New York City, from 2009 to 2019, having most recently served as the President. Under her leadership, she grew the company’s revenue tenfold, and took the business from five employees to more than 100 and from one office to seven locations globally, including in Mumbai, India and Manila, the Philippines.  Previously, Melissa served as the Managing Director of a boutique investigations firm in New York City, where she worked from 2000 to 2009. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is a Licensed Private Investigator by the State of New York; a Certified International Investigator by the Council of International Investigators – where she is also Secretary and Member of the Board; a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Melissa is also a Member of the Investment Migration Council, the worldwide association for investor immigration and citizenship-by-investment. For over two decades, Melissa has led tens of thousands of investigations. She has established and cultivated relationships with a global network of industry experts, and has traveled the world sharing her passion and knowledge of investigative best practices throughout the industry.
