Webinar: Portugal Golden Residence Permit — Upcoming Changes and the Outlook for 2022

With its Golden Residence Permit, Portugal has produced streamlined legislation to create an efficient and cost-effective process by which Middle Eastern high-net-worth individuals may gain the right to live and conduct business in the EU country and eventually acquire European citizenship.

However, the Portuguese government will be implementing changes to the Portugal Golden Residence Permit Program in January 2022 that will see an almost 50% increase in investment costs, alongside the exclusion of some areas of the country from being eligible for the program’s purposes.
