The project will be a private residential condominium composed by 3 main buildings in simplistic and modern style, has a community garden where people can enjoy a walk or other leisure activities.

Keeping in mind families with children, a playground with outdoor facilities such as swings and slides for children will be constructed for them to play safely and happily without the need to go outside.

In order to create a fully equipped condominium, the project will feature a swimming pool, and a bar on the side, supplying drinks and pool side services
