Jean-Marc has a Master of Law Degree and 11 years’ experience in international tax planning for individuals moving to Monaco and purchasing property.
After having been Legal Advisor in the French Army, Jean-Marc joined a Monegasque CPA & Auditors firm (formerly Deloitte), where he operated as legal and tax consultant during six years for individuals and corporate clients and acquired expertise in setting up Monegasque trading and non-trading companies.
Cécile is a regular lecturer at the Master II International Wealth Management organized by the Paris School «Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris» (ESCP) and is in charge of the « International Property Structuring » class.
Before joining Rosemont Consulting SARL, he founded and lead during five years the legal and tax department of Monegasque multi-family office, where he acquired expertise in relocation to Monaco and the specific visa & residency administrative procedures.
Jean-Marc is a Monaco tax representative (“mandataire agree”), agreed under Law 1.381 by the Monaco Tax Office, for companies holding a Monaco property.
