The Namibian government is actively seeking foreign investment to boost the country’s economic growth and diversify the economy. It provides many opportunities for international investors seeking a foothold and growth on the African continent, including tax incentives, financing, and a one-stop bureau service for international companies. Namibia Residence by Investment enables successful real estate investors to receive a five-year, renewable work permit and reside in the country.
To qualify for residence, applicants are required to purchase real estate with a minimum value of USD 365,000 at President's Links Estate.
Retirement units starting at USD 300,000 are also available for investors aged 60 and above.

They can be submitted through an easy online portal and must include completed application forms. Applications should be accompanied by the appropriate fees and supporting documents.
Successful real estate investors receive a five-year, renewable work permit. Investors can only work for their own private companies and cannot be employed in any other jobs in Namibia.
After seven years of retaining their investment, they become eligible to apply for permanent residence in the country.
